Travelling from Zurich Airport to Grindelwald by train

Heading to Grindelwald after landing at Zurich Airport? Take the train and you’ll get to your destination as fast as possible. You won’t have to worry about airport transfers either – the train station is just a few minutes away by foot (located just below Terminal B).

Sit back, relax and let the SBB train whisk you through the beautiful Swiss scenery in under three hours. Grindelwald is the largest village in the Jungfrau region, the perfect location for all kinds of outdoor activities.

Once you get off at the train station, you can easily get to both the city centre and the cable car station. Take a cable car to Männlichen or First and enjoy the breathtaking views. Make sure to do at least one higher altitude hike while you’re there too – if you’re up for a challenge, why not hike from First to Schynige Platte?
