You can easily get to the airport by taking the Malpensa Express from Milano Centrale or Milano Nord Cadorna train stations. From Milano Centrale, trains run to the airport from 05:25 to 23:25 every 25 and 55 minutes past each hour. If you’re travelling from the airport into the city centre, trains depart from Malpensa Terminal 2 from 04:27 to 00:37 every 7 and 37 minutes past each hour.
If you’re travelling to the airport from Milano Cadorna, the first train departs at 04:27 and the last one leaves at 23:57. In the opposite direction, the first train from Malpensa Terminal 2 to Cadorna is at 05:20 and the last one of the day departs at 00:57.
From Milano Centrale you can also take a regional train to go to the airport. Stops include Milano Porta Garibaldi, Milano Bovisa, Saronno, Rescaldina, Castellanza, Busto Arsizio Nord, Ferno-Lonate Pozzolo and Malpensa Aeroporto T1. Malpensa Airport has two train stations that are directly connected to Terminals 1 and 2 through a pedestrian walkway.
Malpensa Airport Terminal 1 train station is on the Milano Nord Cadorna – Busto Arsizio – Malpensa Airport railway line and is served by Malpensa Express and regional trains operated by Trenitalia.
Malpensa Airport Terminal 2 train station is on the Busto Arsizio FN – Malpensa Airport and Milano Centrale – Malpensa Airport railway lines and is served by Malpensa Express trains.

There are 68 trains that travel daily between Terminal 2 to Milano Centrale, departing at every 7 and 37 minutes past each hour and from Milano Centrale at every 25 and 55 minutes past each hour. These trains also stop at Milano Porta Garibaldi along the way.
78 Malpensa Express trains connect the airport to Milano Cadorna train station every day. Trains depart from Terminal 2 at every 20 and 50 minutes past each hour and from Milano Cadorna at every 27 and 57 minutes past each hour.
