Kristina joined Trainline in March 2023. Since then, she's been sharing her love for UK and European train travel with the team. Having spent some time living in France, she's well-acquainted with the French train system, and went interrailing across Europe with her twin sister in 2018.

Outside work, Kristina enjoys spending time knitting her own clothes and dreaming up when she can next make it to Europe for another adventure. Italy is next on the list - traveling around the country by train to try out every region's best food... What could be better?

Favorite train trip

Is it cheating to have two!? For the gorgeous views alone, it has to be the train journey I took from Copenhagen to Stockholm in February 2020. Little did I know that would be the last time I could travel in a while! A little closer to home, I took the train from Paris to Lyon in summer 2023, and I was very impressed with the speed of the journey and the facilities on board.
