Where was No Time to Die filmed?

Like other Bond movies, No Time to Die’s crew flew around the world to shoot in spaces equally as suave, exciting, and memorable as James Bond himself. Denmark’s Faroe Islands and Norway’s secluded lakes and trails made their way into the film, but here’s where you can find more accessible No Time to Die filming locations in Italy, Scotland, and England.

No Time to Die filming locations

Matera, Italy

Closest station: Matera Centrale

In the film’s opening, James Bond’s Aston Martin DB5 speeds through the unmistakable city of Matera.

Gravina in Puglia, Italy

Closest station: Gravina

The absolutely awesome bridge jump scene was shot in Gravina in Puglia on the two-level Roman structure.

Sapri Train station, Italy

Closest station: Sapri

We stan every train station appearance in cinema, even if it’s the unfortunate place where a character gets dumped by a secret agent. Sapri’s railway station is where Bond and Madeleine took a break in No Time to Die.

Hammersmith Bridge, England

Closest station: Hammersmith (London Underground)

One of the many London filming locations for No Time to Die, the Hammersmith Bridge, is where Bond and M meet.

Cairngorms National Park, Scotland

Closest station: Aviemore (AVM)

Cairngorms National Park’s roads were used for car chase scenes in No Time to Die. The Cairngorms are worth exploring at a slow pace, particularly from the lovely small village of Aviemore.

Torre Dei Crivi, Italy

Closest station: Sapri or Acqufredda

In the final shot of the movie, we see Bond’s Aston Martin V8 Saloon ride along the Italian coastline. The highway is the Torre Dei Crivi, which stretches between Sapri and Acqufredda.

Where was Bond filmed in Puglia?

Bond was filmed in Gravina in Puglia. Many visit Puglia from nearby Bari, but the Bond lover will be happy to hear that Gravina in Puglia is only 15 miles from another No Time to Die filming location: Matera.

Where is the city of Matera in James Bond?

Matera is a city in the Basilicata region of Italy. The closest major city is Bari, roughly 40 miles northeast of Matera.

How do I get to Matera?

You can get to Matera from nearly any starting point in Italy, though Matera isn’t as well-traveled as other major cities and surrounding towns. We’d recommend taking the train from Bari Centrale to Matera Centrale. If you’re traveling from a western city, like Rome or Naples, you’ll need to take the train to Salerno then make your way east to Matera.
