It’s all kicking off in Paris this summer! And from London, it’s just a hop, skip and jump away. Ok, not literally, but a 2-hour train ride is pretty close, right?
So we wanted to give you a heads up that Eurostar tickets will go fast. Not quite 200-metre-sprint-world-record fast, but still, fast.
Basically, if you’re going to Paris, you should book ASAP.
If your plans change, your ticket can change too.
Eurostar Standard, Standard Premier and Comfort tickets are now exchangeable fee-free up to one hour before your train is scheduled to depart. What's more, these tickets are now refundable up to 7 days before departure!
For exchanges, you'll pay the difference in fare if your new ticket is more expensive; if your new ticket is cheaper than the original, you won't be refunded the difference.

Your European trips just got simpler: Eurostar and Thalys have joined forces under the Eurostar name!
London, Paris, Brussels, Amsterdam and Cologne are just some of the destinations that are within reach as Eurostar expands across the continent.
There are now two types of Eurostar trains: Eurostar’s classic blue trains for journeys to/from the United Kingdom, and red trains (formerly Thalys trains) for all other trips to France, Belgium, the Netherlands and Germany.
So, what’s changed? 😎
✔ You’ll be able to buy tickets for all routes that used to be operated by Thalys with Eurostar (for example, trains from Paris to Amsterdam)
✔ There will be 2 separate sets of Eurostar travel classes: Standard, Comfort and Premium for trains in Europe, and Standard, Standard Premier and Business Premier for trains to/from London.
✔ Boarding the train will look different depending on where you’re headed: if you’re travelling to/from the United Kingdom, you’ll need to check-in and go through security
✔ All travellers, regardless of destination, can sign up to Club Eurostar (Eurostar’s loyalty scheme).

E-vouchers are valid for 12 months after the date of the delayed or cancelled service, while refund requests must be made within 2 months.

Snap Eurostar, or ‘Eurosnap’ as it was known, was an offer by Eurostar allowing travellers to access last-minute discount fares for trains with spare capacity.
Snap fares were a cheap way of taking the Eurostar. Travellers would submit the say that they wanted to travel, and Eurostar would pick the time. One-way tickets could go for as little as £25! Snap fares were great for travellers that were not fussed about the time that they travelled.
Unfortunately, ‘Eurosnap’ doesn’t exist anymore, but Eurostar have been known to hold flash sales for tickets, with the cheapest one-way tickets costing £29. Keep an eye on our Deals & Discounts page for the latest Eurostar deals or learn how you can get cheap Eurostar tickets in a snap with us.
