A Baltour bus ticket is valid only for the time and the selected route, it is not refundable and changes are not permitted. On certain routes, discounted fares are available from time to time with a limited number of tickets available from € 1, € 9 or € 19; if these promotions are available for your route, you will see them directly at the time of purchase on the Trainline app and website.

Baltour offers two discount cards: one for young people under 26 and one for adults.
Baltour offers a discount card for young people up to the age of 26 that allows holders to enjoy a minimum discount of 15% on the ordinary fare. The Baltour card is valid for 1 year, costs € 10 per year and can be used on the entire national and international network (the international network is operated by Eurolines). The card can be purchased using this link (available in English).
Baltour offers a discount card for adults aged 26 and above that allows holders to enjoy a minimum discount of 15% on the regular rate. The Baltour card is valid for 1 year, costs € 30 per year and can be used on the entire national and international network for trips to France, Switzerland, Germany, Spain, the Low Countries, England, Belgium and Slovenia. The Baltour fleet includes modern buses equipped with every comfort:
All Baltour buses are equipped with hand luggage spaces located above the seat. On national routes you can bring with you 2 pieces of luggage with no dimensions and weight restrictions. On international routes you can bring one piece of luggage with max dimensions 30 cm x 60 cm x 100 cm and 20 Kg of weight for each paying passenger; for each additional piece of baggage, accepted subject to space availability, a fee of € 6.00 will be applied. Baggage that are larger than 30 cm x 60 cm x 100 cm / 20 kg are not accepted on international Baltour buses.
On the national routes it’s allowed the transport of folding or disassembled bikes if stored inside a bag. Bike transport is not permitted on international routes.
Baltour offers free internet on all its buses.
In daytime services (departure after 5 am and before midnight) it’s possible to transport small animals as long as they are kept for the duration of the trip in an animal carrier to be placed at the bottom of the seat next to the owner, and upon payment of 50% of the ticket standard fare. It’s not allowed to transport any kind of animal on night buses.
On the buses with national routes, you will find an on-board entertainment magazine called "Break". Each Baltour bus has a toilet on board and in it will be possible to use the toilet at the service areas where the bus usually stops for 20 minutes if the journey is longer than 5 hours or if the journey takes place at night (11 pm - 6 am).
Children up to 10 years old have the right to a 50% discount on the ordinary adult fare.
Ergonomic and reclining seats.
All seats on Baltour buses are ergonomic with double padding, are equipped with footrests and can be reclined up to 120 degrees with the possibility of be spaced laterally from the seat next to it.
Legroom.
Baltour buses have more space between one row and the other with 48 seats on one-level buses against 55 of the standard equipment, 72 on double-decker ones against 86.
Sockets.
Each seat is equipped with electrical outlets with a capacity of 220V.
Passengers with reduced mobility.
Baltour invites passengers with disabilities to contact their customer service at +39 0861 1991900 (from 06.00 to 20.00 from Monday to Saturday and from 7:40 to 20:00 on Sundays and holidays) at least 36 hours before departure to organise the transport. Assistance is not guaranteed on those routes whose stops have architectural barriers.
